Revolutionizing Patient Care with Artificial Intelligence: The State of Remote Monitoring Technologies
Abstract
Medical research finds great promise in Artificial Intelligence systems used for remote patient monitoring because of their ability to transform healthcare practices. Artificial Intelligence technologies create a continuous system for real-time patient health data monitoring which enables prompt treatment approaches and customized care interventions that minimize hospital stays and enhance clinical success. The present analysis looks at AI's implementation in RPM while analysing its vital functions for medical domains such as chronic disease care and elder care alongside post-surgical tracking. This paper examines the difficulties which healthcare providers face when implementing AI in remote patient monitoring along with privacy concerns and regulatory demands and healthcare staff training requirements. Further adoption of AI for RPM faces challenges to implement widely because of its advantages in decision-making capabilities and reduced costs together with more effective healthcare delivery. This review examines the ways AI modifies remote patient monitoring systems while fundamentally altering the healthcare system delivery approach.
